Generation 1
Altitude 1990 A Real American Hero (1990)

Altitude has only had one action figure, released in the 1990 Sky Patrol subset of the Real American Hero toys.

Appearance: black flat-top hair; green shirt and pants with gold grey half-vest, orange sleeves and leg coverings; brown gloves, belt, holster

Accessories: silver helmet, indented for removable gold visor; three-piece black rocket pistol (gun, arm, and rocket); silver parachute with dark green parachute pack. page/Filecard

  • As with every Sky Patrol action figure, Altitude's body mold originally came from a pre-existing character but with an all new head mold.
  • The Sky Patrol parachutes and backpacks are repaints of the green Parachute Pack first available by mail in 1984.
  • A "Spc. Altitude" figure was available in 2009, but the file name and filecard text came from Free Fall, and the character design was reminiscent of Rip-Cord.
  • The third Native American member of the Joe team, after Airborne Spirit.
