Late one night, from the peaceful shore of Pine Tree Cove, the sweet - but slow-witted - Bazooka sees a monstrous form rise from the water and devour what looks like a giant firefly. Unfortunately, none of the Joes believe him - until it's too late. The "sea serpent" is a Cobra-built machine that devours and "digests" them in its own bulk and grows in size with each new attack!
