Robert Harras (born January 11, 1959) is a comics writer and editor who edited several of the Marvel Comics G.I. Joe titles. Amongst his other work he is best known as the group editor of the X-Men titles in the early 1990s and as the overall editor-in-chief for Marvel from 1995 until 2000.
