Detailed summary
Only two pages of the issue have been revealed via early sneak peek: judging by those pages, the story would have involved Cobra Commander touring an arctic Terror Drome, when Joe forces attack. Cobra Commander bolts for escape in a Firebat, but Scarlett chases him and (if the cover is to be believed) gets trapped in some rubble.
