Joepedia is divided into several communities that serves the different interests of G.I. Joe fans:
- G.I. Joe series is dedicated for fans of the 12" line of action figures.
- G.I. Joe vs. Cobra series is for fans of the G.I. Joe/Cobra conflict.
- Super Joe is that brief line that appeared in the late 1970s.
- Sgt. Savage and the Screaming Eagles is another series that appeared very briefly in the 1990s.
- G.I. Joe Extreme is an alternate take on the G.I. Joe Team that pitted them against S.K.A.R.
