Destro is Cobra's weapons developer. Several iterations of the character have appeared in different series:
- Destro - the independent weapons supplier who is one of the most complex characters in the A Real American Hero series.
- Destro - Cobra Commander's right-hand man in the Sigma 6 series.
- Destro - One of the main villains of the upcoming film in 2009.
