- Bonecrusher was voiced by Neil Ross in the Transformers cartoon. Ross was the voice of Shipwreck in the Sunbow G.I. Joe cartoon.
- In the Devil's Due comic, Bonecrusher's chest is painted purple like with the other Constructicons, but it should be green as it becomes his shovel in vehicle mode. What confirms this as a mistake and not an artistic choice is the fact that the shovel is green in Devastator's arm.
