Scott used his father's access card to enter classified computer systems in search of technology to upgrade his robotic dog Spud. He accidentally entered into Cobra's database, which got the attention of Overkill who sent some B.A.T.s after Scott and Spud. Scott called Duke for help, so Duke sent Snake-Eyes.
