War is a messy business and a component of it has been the involvement of chemical warfare. The enemy is not afraid to use toxic weapons as part of their campaign and some of the chemicals used have a great persistence to stick around the area of effect. Clean-Sweep feels more than just a sense of duty to sanitize the affected area of any lingering presence of the lethal agents. To him, it is an obligation when these same chemicals start affecting the environment. To this end, he has compiled an extensive array of data in identifying the chemicals used and the counter-agents for neutralization. And when Cobra has started using toxic sludge weapons en masse, he has decided to declare war.

Trivia[]

  • The figure's instructions show that the backpack was originally intended to have an antenna.
  • The catalog uses concept art instead of a photograph of the figure. Clean-Sweep is listed under the name "Anti-Tox" and the sludge pump robot is vastly different
