Hound was present during the chaotic battle on Cobra Island between the Autobots, Decepticons, G.I. Joe and Cobra. He was blasted in half by Devastator, sending Bumblebee and Wheeljack into a fit of rage. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #5

- As Hound's appearance sees like an afterthought of Josh Blaylock as the only Ark crewmember who still had to appear: he only appears in a single panel and it's unclear where he came from. Being that he wasn't given a Cobra-vehicle mode, and his placement at the time, it can be guessed that perhaps he was hanging out with Wheeljack and Bumblebee and just not doing anything.
