Mega-Vipers are Cobra characters from the A Real American Hero series.

Mega-Vipers are trained to handle the weirder and more dangerous of Dr. Mindbender's odd genetic creations. They go right into battle with Mindbender's monsters, directing them with barked commands and well-placed tasers. When working in concert with Mindbender's monsters, the results can be truly frightening. Although mission commands come down directly from Dr. Mindbender and his Cyber-Vipers, it's the duty of the Mega-Vipers to make sure the monsters stay on task and destroy foe instead of friend. Mega-Vipers enjoy doing Mindbender's dirty work, with or without the monster in tow.
