Movie Scarlett01

Scarlett thought that emotions were not explained by science and that if nobody could scientifically prove that they existed then they didn't. Scarlett gradually started to believe in the existence of emotions. She appeared to share a sibling like relationship with Snake Eyes.

Scarlett appeared to be a bit too prideful and after she was defeated in combat by the Baroness she became depressed for a short time. Ripcord pointed out that nobody could win everything but he also told her to never give up and to always get back up and helped heal her wounded pride.

Scarlett was an exceptional fighter and was a formidable markswoman, who had scored 100% in her marksmanship tests. She wielded a unique kind of crossbow gun, firing explosive bolts that lock on their target. She was also very skilled in hand to hand combat even able to hold her own against the Baroness who was herself a formidable combatant. Scarlett was also able to ride a motorcycle with impressive skill, though she was eventually blown off it by the Baroness. She was able to fluently speak at least twelve languages. She is a genius, who according to Breaker, graduated college when she was only twelve years old.
