This type of Cobra Trooper exists only as a reference on the Motor Viper file card. It is assumed that it is a generic reference to Cobra Sea Troops rather than a reference to a specific Cobra designation.It is noted in the card that the troops are paid at a generic rate, as opposed to E.E.L.S and Lampreys which are assumed to be higher grade special purpose troops.
