Sgt. Stone is a member of G.I. Joe who appears in the film G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.

Rise of Cobra (2009 Movie)[]

Portrayed by Brendan Fraser.

History[]

Sgt. Stone is a member of an unsaid division of the Joes within The Pit. He appears during Duke and Ripcord's tests to see if they qualify to be members of G.I. Joe, entering the scene on a black, military grade BRP Can-Am Spyder Roadster - wearing the trademark grey and black military fatigues of the Joes, as well as a black beret and combat vest. "Are they Joes?" he asks Heavy Duty, who replies "Hell, no. They're jokes."

He monitors Duke's fight with Snake Eyes, telling the crowd watching it to walk away after Snake Eyes downs him, telling them that it's over, that it's like pay-per-view. He watches as Duke finally lands a hit on Snake Eyes, slapping Heavy Duty on the shoulder and telling him "They're Joes." "Maybe," Heavy Duty agrees reluctantly.

He is not seen during Cobra's assault on the Pit or anytime afterwards and it is unclear if he survived.
