The G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra movie adaptation was a four-issue limited series that adapts the G.I. Joe movie into comic form. It was written by Denton J. Tipton and was illustrated by Casey Maloney. The film is 118 minutes and the comic is 88 pages in all, so a lot have things had to be cut, but a big difference is that Cobra Commander and Destro don't get captured at the end.
