- A fertilizer company has discovered a way to end world hunger using toxic waste, but a Cobra attack causes the company's CEO to fall into a vat of the fertilizer which mutates him. Meanwhile, Cobra steals food from around the world so they can open their own grocery store chain and start selling the food at higher prices.
